No, and neither does most of the English-speaking world. I should have given a link to the wiki, but I'm also quite fond of the English PDF files because I made them.

Understand I also speak with @Snearone in English even that Slovak and Polish are similar. But I have not much experience with Polish and Snearone zero with Slovak

So it's safe to use English

The slow boat from China finally arrived with tile bags for Hunters & Gatherers! The green bag (top left) is from a previous order and was designed by quevy. The other three bags were designed by me and are what came today in the post. The large-size bags are the regular tile bags, and the medium-size bags are for the bonus/menhir tiles.

A late afternoon courier delivery brought another Carcassonne-related item: a custom 110-piece puzzle (8”x10”) depicting the folk tale of Lady Carcas ending a siege by tossing a pig over the wall.

I think the 11x14 upgrade (252 pieces) at $2.40 would be worthwhile if you want more of a challenge. I’m happy with only 110 pieces; I was able to complete this puzzle in less than 15 minutes. The pieces don’t go together as snuggly as I would like, but they appear to be more durable than the puzzles of my youth.

The mystery item arrived this morning!

I've been teasing the Carcassonne Central Discord folks that I had found and purchased a Carcassonne-related item that I had never seen anyone else talk about. They tried to guess what it was, but were unsuccessful. I gave a few hints but not enough to make it too easy: it was a mass-produced item (not something that I had made in China), it came from Europe, and it was related to the city of Carcassonne rather than the game of Carcassonne.

One final tease before the reveal... it came in these envelopes. The outer envelope is marked "Please do not fold" and the postmark is from France. Can you guess what it is before scrolling down all the way?

This is a zero-Euro souvenir banknote issued by the Central European Bank in 2017. From what I've been told by YouTubers, zero-Euro banknotes are available for purchase from vending machines in various European cities for 3 euros. Each city has different banknotes, so you typically need to travel around Europe to collect them. (Some European countries which do not use euros as currency still have had these souvenir banknotes issued for some of their local landmarks, including the United Kingdom.) Willem didn't see any vending machines for these on his recent trip to Carcassonne, so they are probably only available on the secondary market now. I got mine from an eBay seller for a reasonable 10 euros.
