It is a nice box :D

But you're missing all the tiles!  :o  ;)

I think the tile bags came out after the 20th Anniversary one did, so although they are branded the same, they don't come together unless specifically ordered together

Over two months after I placed my Advent order, it finally arrived today! A Valentine's Day miracle!  O0

Just for the record, I received a copy of The Signposts, The Gifts, a pink Abbot, a large 20th Anniversary bag, a small 20th Anniversary bag, and—most importantly—a Spiel '21 tile. Due to the increasing value of my complete set of Spiel tiles, I have retired them entirely from play. I'm pretty sure the value of those eight tiles is equal to the total value of all the rest of my Carcassonne material, except perhaps for my Corn Circles I and Tunnel tiles.

That's good to hear! Great that it also included your Spiel tile. Did it just take so long for shipping in the end?

Two boxes arrived today.
1. A small box from Chessex containing my order of d10's (which I have confirmed have exactly 10 sides) which will be part of my C2 collection.
2. A large box from Germany containing the 2020 Winter Edition and a nice postcard from @Challa007 who forwarded it to me from the original seller.

Marcel the Clipper has been at work on Anne's original artwork, adding more details and reducing the size of the animals to be more realistic.

Now I need to make some Winter tuckboxes, and then I will be transferring the Winter Crop Circles and Gingerbread Man expansions to the new box, which I think is slightly nicer on the inside

I am glad the package arrived savely. Have fun!  ;D

Now I need to make some Winter tuckboxes,

I know you needed more work to do, so this was the perfect moment for the package to arrive  >:D

A late entry from FedEx today with this beautiful framed Carcassonne poster to decorate one of the walls in my game room.

That is a really nice one!
I still need to find something like that for my room as well, but that will come eventually

I definitely keep the postman busy (actually postwoman, I found out yesterday). She also left a package in my mailbox.

There is a LOT going on here, so let's break it down...

First we have square tokens for the plague outbreaks:

Round tokens for the tunnels. They did not have green so I will check back another time or source from another supplier.

More round tokens which are most definitely NOT for the plague fleas. The supplier accidentally sent 20 purples and 2 reds when I had ordered 20 reds and 2 purples, so I've sent them an email.

Stickers applied! I'm slightly disappointed in the performance of the tunnel stickers. I made them transparent to save time, but even the part of the sticker which has been printed on is slightly transparent, which makes them hard to see on certain backgrounds. Oh well.

City and road pieces like the ones in Catan. What could these be for?

I use them to keep track of the longest road and largest city. Technically you only need one set, but I thought it might be fun to track for each player. It gives the original 50-point scoring track a new purpose in life. I suppose you could also use these tokens on the tiles themselves, similar to how the largest house is tracked in Castle/Zamek.

One set for my C1 collection, and another for my C2 collection. Purple houses were unfortunately not in stock.

The baby meeples are for my travel edition(s). The grey meeples have been added to my C1 travel set, and the rest are for my C2 travel set which is not completely here yet.

Size comparison between the C1 travel meeple on the left and the baby meeples that arrived today on the right. Not a close match at all.

And one of the yellow baby meeples has suffered an unfortunate accident, so I've contacted the supplier to send a replacement.

I've been primarily a C2 collector, but loved the look of this variant as I was looking at the Cundo tile-list, so just got this nicely priced copy from the Boardgamegeek Geekmarket.
