Between these two, I prefer Meeple’s Gambit.
But I think it would be much better to use a specific role, such as “Monk’s Gambit” or “Knight’s Gambit”. The idea of a “Gambit” is to dare your opponent to take a tactical gain in exchange for strategic defeat. So, what are our favorite traps? I’m thinking about offering, say, an easy 6-point city with a tile placement that would make it easy to connect your farmer or create a hole to trap opponent’s meeples.
Also I want to see visions of Carcassonne landscapes on the ceiling…
