Nice new stuffs!  :yellow-meeple:

My exp7 isn't in French, so I didn't realize the funny badly written name "7ième" instead of "7ème;D

Been tracking down some of the older spin-offs throughout December (Not always the easiest thing here in Australia) and managed to track down all of these for original retail price or less which isn't too bad considering how far out of print they are. Plus my little Cundco order. December has been fruitful. Just a shame I missed out on the Gold Mines Sherriff by a mere couple of hours! :-(
Now just trying to decide whether it's worth paying $85 for a brand new copy of New World/Mayflower?

That is definitely a great set of new arrivals!
Some great games to be had!

And if it's $85 AUD, then it could be reasonable for New World; depends on your preference of course.
I've once paid that for a base game  :o

Obviously, I just converted my 2 kidneys into expansions from ebay... I was very surprised to find those, especially the Besiegers wich is not available on BGG, and led to a severe dispute in the last seconds :)

Wonderful Christmas and Birthday hauls everyone!

Only one board game for us this year:

I'd recommend that everyone checks out this classic before the 2nd printing begins.

@Decar nice to see you back online.

Where do we get this?  I found “Misfits” but that is still not released?

Looks like a lot of fun.

Hi @kothmann - They are all sold out of the 1st edition, but there is a wait list for the second edition.

I think you can be added to the list: misfits.co

You can also drop them an email hello [A-T] misfits.co If you mention me (Decar) as your referral and apparently you'll be price matched and given priority when the 2nd edition prints.

It's a fun game. My wife likes it because she beat me on our first outing.  I like how all the pieces are wooden, and slightly rough. The game allows for a lot of handicapping for younger family members too!

I love the “no rulebook” idea—invites variants and innovation.

Yeah, I don't find it pretentious. It's a stacking game; the shapes are heavy and allow for interesting positioning. I always like to try ridiculous placements.  Ask @danisthirty about the animal stacking game we played "Beats of Balance" at Essen back in 2016.  We didn't really follow the obvious rules, and the guy watching ended up taking a photo of our monstrosity... wish I took a photo.

At Essen this year there was another dexterity game about cats and telephone wires.  I played a couple of games with some randoms, and we all felt that it was too small, and the pieces were not heavy enough; so there was a lot of wibbly movement that was hard to control.

Misfits has night heavy pieces, and I like that over time they'll get a few dents which might add to the chaos.  Some talent folks have painted their pieces too.  The designer's a nice person too. He's dropped me emails and made sure my copy arrived in time for Xmas, even though I said I was happy to wait.  He's done a few demos around my area, but unfortunately I couldn't make them.  Hopefully, I'll catch him in the future.  If I get time I'll starts a new thread about it.

The pest is here! :D
Good surprise: it came with the Spielbox magasine, it wasn't specified when I ordered it :)
