What, pray tell, is Le Sac? Do you just mean the bag included in Inns & Cathedrals (or is it Traders & Builders...?)?

Carcassonne: Le Sac is a cloth bag that was given away after the release of the first Carcassonne expansion when complaints about mismatching colors on the tile's backs came up. Instead of stacking the tiles and possibly recognizing whether they belonged to the base game or the expansion, the tiles should be drawn randomly from the bag instead.

Oh, nice! I forgot about that bag. I always liked the resting knight icon. I wish they hadn't removed it. I'm not a über completionist but this is a very nice bag.
