There is one on geekmarket, but the price is... Well... Unreasonable but not much more than what I paid to get mine  :o

120 usd sounds like a scam to me. That dude had his little piece of cardboard for free. So, no way. I’m willing to trade with some other Carcassonne related stuff. emoji code3]
