As mentonied before, I will be outside of my apartment (due work obligations) in January this year, so I will not be able to redistribute maps in Poland during this time (picking them up should be fine).
Are somebody else fine to pick redistribution, or are you ok with possibly extended waiting time?

Just to clarify, I will paid the shipping cost to Poland for all maps, and then manage it internally (split the inbound shipping + internal shipping)?
For the first bulk order, everyone sent the money directly to me: a part for Swan Panasia and an extra amount for Customs and shipping.
Then I returned or collected some money according to the final total cost including the shipping to the hubs. Each hub person would then collect some extra money for the final shipping as needed.
If you collect all the money for Poland, you could set some money apart for the domestic shipping and make one payment to konrad2605.
Any option can work as you see fit.
I like your approach more, as it leads to immediate exhange to EUR. If I would collect locally, and later transfer, the rate may change.

Let me know who prefers to serve as distribution have for Europe: konrad2605 had voluteered first (top country), but now axelsson has the largest individual order.
The idea is to request the order sent to either of you. When you receive it, you would have to split the order, buy additional tubes/boxes to forward the corresponding lot of maps to one person per country who would distribute them to their final owners.
Who is the final volunteer? You will have to confirm the orders and collect the money to pay Swan Panasia and then a second round to ship the maps to each country.
I would need a PM with your the full address, email and phone number to send the request to Swan Panasia once it is decided.
Additionally, we would need to decide within each country who is the recipient and domestic distributor. I underline my proposal (first person with largest order).
We have 35 maps for second bulk order of Taiwan Maps:

I can distribute maps inside Poland as well. But I will be unavailable for 2 weeks in January, so if the maps appear at that time, I will not be able to redistibute them, until I will return.
