Totally thought I'd enabled the calendar, but I just noticed there's a "Save" button at the bottom of that screen. Calendar is enabled now.

Thanks Scott. Could you also set the calendar to allow events to span multiple days?
Also, set the Calendar to show linked events in the thread. :)
