Time for a rant...
I realize they are a small outfit, busy with a lot of post-Essen orders, they are short handed because of illness, etc., etc. but my order was placed ONE MONTH ago, and it still says "partially completed" What does that even mean? What's worse is that for the past week or so I've been e-mailing them everyday, just to get a simple status update, there there has been NO response from anyone at all. Of course, they had no problem taking my money immediately. I understand I just have to keep waiting, but the most frustrating thing is that there are people who have ordered after me, who have already received their orders. I've been a longtime customer of cundco.de, but not anymore. They have lost my business.

I'm not exactly in the pickle you guys are in, quite the opposite in the sense that I got what I ordered from CundCo but haven't received a bill yet, only a mail that states the bill will be delayed due to management is (now was) at Essen.

But yes, I am eager to pay so I that I also can conclude my order.

Can I ask the people who are still waiting what they ordered? I have feeling select coloured meeple were/are out of stock. Possibly this is why there is a delay. It's a shame cundco have not made contact though. It's odd because my email got answered in only a few hours. I paid with paypal too, not sure if other methods create a delay.

My Star Wars and Uber Stock are going to be on their way, tomorrow, I hope. I can see a tracking number. 4 weeks.

My order was Carc: USuS, Carc: Star Wars, Russian Railroads: German Railroads, Marco Polo mini-expansion, and the single large Count/City tile. No meeples at all in this order. Everything was supposedly in stock, and I paid through PayPal. Still no word from them.

Surely they had some problems, but I believe you are forgiven on track, I made an order two days ago and has already come to my house in italy, along with many gifts.

Order made and paid via paypal on 15th October, but Order still not processed

I heard that coloured meeples were an issue. < sigh > As long as these arrive for Xmas as they are presents.....

I definitely see your frustration jungleboy. It seems you have a small and very simple order. Odd that they haven't shipped it yet. I got confirmation two days ago that my meeple-heavy order has shipped, but I never received a DHL tracking number oddly. I ordered my package on October 23rd, so it's still been nearly three weeks for me. I think Hans im Glück is seriously rethinking how it does its online store because they are totally dropping the balls here. Customer service should not be dependent on the well-being of a few people and emails should be answered within 48 at most.

Edit: Just checked the shipping confirmation email from CundCo. Very weird considering it's being shipped to New Zealand:

Actually I am not desperate for these items so I don't mind waiting. I was just responding to Decar's request for people to say what they had ordered.

I received my order from Cundco on Oct 28, after 3-4 weeks. 5 Carcassonne mini-expansions was what I ordered. However, one of the items they sent me was incorrect. They sent me BRÜGGE - DIE HAUSTIERE instead of CARCASSONNE - DIE HÄUSER. I realize that the names are similar, which is probably the cause of the error. I sent them an email on Oct 29, explaining the error. I have not heard back from them yet, except for the auto-reply email that they sent explaining that I should NOT re-contact them because it will slow down the process.

Has anyone had any experiences with receiving an incorrect item from Cundco? If so, do they usually just send a replacement item or do I need to send them back the incorrect first (That might be costly for me)? I don't mind waiting as long as I know that I will get taken care of....eventually.
