All they sent me was a letter mail with a letter inside thanking me for my order, and to recommend them to others. I asked them to send me the expansion, as I had already paid for it and didn’t receive it. I even sent them a picture of everything that I had received, and they still wouldn’t send me what I ordered. I then asked them for a refund, and they refused to give me my money back. That’s when I filed a dispute over PayPal.

Nope, you’re not missing anything. That is exactly what happened. The seller will have a few days to get back to me before the PayPal dispute turns into a claim, and then I should receive a refund.

I contacted PayPal, and I was able to turn my dispute into a claim. I will be getting my refund within 10 working days, whether that be from the seller or from PayPal. I would not recommend ordering from Spiel-Akademie to anyone, as I have had a very negative experience from them.
