Hello, I have been having a major issue with Spiele-Akademie, and I need some help. I want to file a complaint to them for receiving a package with no expansion inside. Not only that, when I sent a picture of everything that I had received, they did not reply back to me. Then, when I tried to receive a refund from them, they wouldn’t give it to me, and asked me to contact my local post office and file an investigation there. Since I am in Canada, I contacted Canada Post, and they said that it is the responsibility of the sender to file the investigation at the initial post office. Since I am not in Germany, I cannot call their phone number to file a complaint and request a refund. They are a scam site, and are stealing my hard-earned money from me.  Is there anything else that I can do in this situation? Also, I don’t know how to post a picture on this page, so if someone could show me how to do that in the simplest way, I would really appreciate it. Otherwise, I can send images of everything I received (emails and all) over email. Thanks, asp204

Hello, Has anyone in Canada or the USA had any experience dealing with Spiel Akademie? I ordered a Cult, Siege, and Creativity Expansion from them on April 3rd, received a letter from them on Thursday, but no package. What do I do in this situation? Should I get them to send me another package, or should I get a refund and order the expansion elsewhere? This is quite frustrating.

Hello, I have a copy of the Tunnels Expansion for Carcassonne in very good condition. It is punched out, but has never been used. The expansion is also complete. I am interested in either selling the Tunnels for $65 Canadian or best offer, or making a trade for a used copy of Corn Circles 1 or a similar offer. Hello! I am new to Carcassonne Central, but I have been a Carcassonne collector for about 14 years. I am looking to get my hands on the Cult Siege and Creativity expansion, since it is one of the few expansions that I still need. If anyone is interested in selling this to me, please make an offer with pictures included.
