Hey,
I was wondering if there is a way to remove a single dot made by a marker on the back side of a Carcassonne tile without ruining it? Thank you!

what type of marker is it?

I know this doesn't exactly answer your question but Cundco has a spare parts service (https://cundco.de/en/spare-parts/13/tiles (https://cundco.de/en/spare-parts/13/tiles)) that you could order a replacement tile from if you aren't able to get the dot off.

I have some spare original art tiles. Which tile is it?

I know it's possible to remove permanent marker from walls, antiques, etc. using a hot rag, but I'm pretty sure that would ruin a cardboard tile. So I'll second the suggestion to check out the replacement tile service. Shipping for me in the U.S. is usually 3.95 Euro, and you may want to buy a couple of other small expansions or accessories while you're at it.

try old piece of clothing soaked in small amount of alcohol or spirit

My guess is that this will also dissolve the ink on the tile

Why not add a similar ink dot to the other 71 tiles?

Very innovative, Halfling! ::)
