New Official mini expansions The 4 Seasons - The Spring

In rules of cundco.de are rules for new expansion The 4 Seasons - The Spring.

As name said, it will be serie of 4 mini expansions for each different season. Now they start with the spring.

12 tiles with the spring theme gives you points when placing around gardens.

And also when placing tile around the new statue tiles, you are able to place two meeples instead of 1.

So question is: does it allows to place meeple and fairy in one step? The call of 1st directive is in the air...

I would say yes. The Order of Play WICA page allows you to perform 2B-1 twice when placing a wonder tile.
