The expansions you're looking for are rare and/or out of print. That's why they don't get sold for a 'normal' price. The market price reflects the supply and demand.
The most recent sale of a new version of those three expansions on the BGG Market:
Besiegers: €53
Tunnel: €45
Festival: USD$16.99
People are prepared to pay these prices, and that helps set the market price. That's just the way it works.
Good luck with finding these expansions, but hopefully you understand why the prices are higher than we'd like them to be.
I do understand it perfectly, no need explaining but thanks One of our colleagues from the forum gave away tunnels for free so I believe there is a chance someone would possibly sell me these expensions for normal price
