As per the C1 rules, the wagon should be placed on the "road to Kiev" (Solovei's road) before being able to reach the city when the road network is completed.
But that can never happen: as soon as the wagon touches the road with the Solovei Razboynik tile, it will be trapped. In the pictures you are skipping the road altogether and reaching for the city in one step when there are two steps... 3679

This should make the road unoccupied again and you should then be able to place a phantom on the same road (trapped again of course). The issues arise if you try to copyright it or sell your results. The Carcassonne series and all graphical materials are copyrighted by HiG and we work under this principle. Normally, each player decides the order in which to score their features.

You should consider only one castle for farm scoring for practical reasons. There may not be two castles in the same location unless you are playing a futuristic version in 4D. The idea of stacking the castles is just to make sure all the players sharing a castle used one castle token each as requested. That is, no one has an extra castle token because they are piggybacking on the castle token placed by first player converting the small city into a castle. |
