Why WikiCarpedia lacks so many content in German language? It is weird, as the original rules were written in German.

Our German team member from old, @Murphy013 , is not active anymore. It would be great if at least one German native speaker could join the WICA team.

Any volunteers?

I know that everybody is looking at me right now - I can feel the stares

- but honestly I don't have the time to do it.

If there are any problems of understanding with the German language, I am more than happy to help, but dealing with the WICA is quite another story....

I am in awe of all the people here who translate the whole WICA in other languages... or keep it updated.

But we need some volunteers for Fan Expansions section

So there is not big time needs when compared with time spend as translator.

We could use translators for most languages on WICA. I did a little analysis about a month ago and these were the approximate completion stats:

German: 11%
Dutch: 100%
Spanish: 11%
French: 98%
Italian: 5%
Polish: 0.4%
Romanian: 100%
Slovak: 2%
Czech: 100%
Russian: 4%
Farsi: 0.1%
Mandarin: 2%
Bulgarian: 1%

Anyone whose native language is something other than English would be an asset to the team. We're constantly adding new content that needs to be translated. A few of us have been quietly branching out into fan expansions and there will be a LOT to translate.

When I did my own analysis, I didn't include all pages, just rules pages for base game and expansions.

The exact percentages are not really relevant. What's relevant is that we can benefit from more translators.
