I would like to make and print a couple custom tiles. Any help?

Yes for printing you can do it in word. You have to try to get the scale correctly. Maybe some test runs.

Check the download area for some examples in some fan made expansions. There are some, on mobile so cant find any quick.

After speaking with Bumsakalaka, I offered to make the tiles while he was focusing on something else

When I open the original image I see it contains individual tiles that are about 530x530 pixels (plus their bleed area), but the resolution shows as 72dpi for printing. 530x530 requires 300dpi for printing at the correct size for sticking onto blank tiles, and I would change this and resave if you just want to import into Word. Alternatively just print the PNG from a graphics package.

Must be imgur that converted it to 72, I've checked files on my pc and they are 300dpi.

That's something necessary for anything you need to print to the edge of the paper. This allows you to then cut the border without risking to have a white unprinted line at the edge

And sometimes printer move paper or take one side quite before so it will be a little bit rotated paper. And then image in 1:1 will not exactly fit to requested area.
Check original timesheet. There is area around 5mm
