Got me a special delivery of Carcassonne Swan Sleeves!
I've seen them a couple of times here on the forum, so I decided to contact Andrew from Board Game Extras, and he special ordered them for me  :)
Now I'll pack up some special tiles to ensure those will be safe  ;D

I've lurkered and seen most everyones great new additions, posts and thought it was time to share these goodies that came today!

Not sure they could be any more opposites but such are my game tastes.

I played Blood Rage at a meet up and was blown away, how much I liked the game. I'm not usually one for 'Dudes on a map' but this is another recent exception, (along with Scythe - which is another new found love)!

Blood Rage with all the glorified window dressing of an Ameri-game, to me this has a deceptive Euro feel in the game play. I think what I like the best is the card play and the action selection / allowance system, these drive all your actions.  It is so much more than fighting on a board. The battling is very innovative and never felt to me like a miniature battle game. In Scythe the Euro feel is even more pronounced with full on resource management as a primary feature. Another suburb Euro-Ameri-game blend.

Haven't forgotten the New Carc iteration that I look forward to giving a trying  ;D
I also recently received a Cundco order of Barber-surgeons, new edition German Monasteries and First Class G Module!
Happy gaming  :yellow-meeple:

I'm a little sad I missed out on the Blood Rage KS.  I'm sure I've more than made up for it through!  :-[

Deep space D6
Cerebria board/cardgame
Architects of the West Kingdom
Badass drivers

All arrived within a week.

I've not recovered from Essen yet and now I'm inundated again.

I have to say the cerebria cardgame wasn't great with 2players. It was over very quickly and even though there are some take-that elements, nothing shonethrough as being meaningful.  It seemed far too easy to rush a revelation if you're in a good position.  We will try again though and the artwork is wonderful.  Hopefully just a glimpse at the full game.

Got my package in today. I am happy that it contained the 18 spiel tile. Sadly I gave number 16 and 17 last year away :(

Hi - I get a 'No Entry' symbol in place of the picture you have posted.   Is it my browser settings or your 'permissions'?
