To invite new people I'd recommend to do the following:
-first press "Add new friend via email..."

-it will generate the following email:

You don't actually have to send this email, you could simply copy the link and send it via private message. It is not recommended to post the link directly on the forum if you want to invite a specific person because it can be used only once. First user to click on it will become your Carcassonne friend but link won't work anymore for other people.

I usually use my iPad quite often aswell for some games of Carcassonne, so what would be the best way for me to get you guys in my friendlist? Do I just ask for your GC names or give out mine?

Okay, so I just started playing some casual solo games of this over the past week, and I have won precisely once. I believe there are four reasons for this: (1) I am not paying enough attention, (2) the Hard AI is actually pretty good, (3) I am not used to 5 player games, and (4) the Weird AI is completely and utterly illogical. That last reason really bugs me because the Weird AI literally will place tiles anywhere and claim anything, often causing incompleteable boxes for no apparent reason! So annoying. Anyway, I've got to get better at this. It's hurting my ego.

Have all of your games been against 4 opponents? For what it's worth, I find it quite hard to win against 3 opponents and have never even tried against more than this. The AI isn't too hard to beat in a head to head though (or rather, head to CPU I suppose). I had a great game against Count this morning and managed to trap all of his meeples for a grand total of 38 points with 50 tiles left to place. That did wonders for my ego!

I can't help I'm afraid, I'm stuck on the terrible Android implementation of Carcassonne.

Hopefully, someone from the forum will be able to look you up and set up a game.
