I've just got a couple games on my shelve that i haven't played yet.
I am ashamed to name Carcassonne: The City, that i have had for a while, but haven't gotten around to play. I've got all spin-off games, and have played most of them, but this one was about the last one to arrive i'm afraid.
Carcassonne: The Discovery is also on their, as the reviews I heard about it havent been good, so it hasnt been high on the list to play.
Koehandel is the last one. I've played this years and years ago, and 2 weeks ago i picked up my own copy in Holland, but we haven't had the time to play it yet

Got myself an early Christmas present
It was expected to arrive last week, but witht the speed of the Royal Mail we should've known it would be a week and a half for 1st class postage
Anyway, I'm happy

There's very small differences in the new big box, like the icon on the scoring track and expansion symbol on the river tiles.
When it was announced for me it was the start of my collection in the new art, so I knew I didn't have to buy the 1st 2 big expansions. I got a base game with the festival and now even that is available on its own.
I think they will eventually release the minis on their own, but this could take a while. Maybe later in 2018...

As aenima said, for a collector it can be a must have (depending how much of a completionist you are)
And if you want to be able to play with the minis, I'd say go for it!
I'm glad I got it when it came out!

Expansion 9 in the new art is expected to be released next year.
I don't think another big expansion will be released, but maybe some of the mini's will be released, that would be nice

Yep, managed to get one via the back-door channels
Had to meet a guy in a long rain coat in a dark corner of a parking garage in the rain, but managed to get it! And my Cundco order included the Spiel tile
