I'm up for that, basic game 20 tiles plus start with four meeples. I can imagine the best scores will be from multiple farms with small cities.

So many limited availability tiles at Essen this year. I'm just glad they are still releasing material for those who can't make it, even if they're not the same. I would've been so annoyed if half and half was an Essen exclusive but this promo tile would look nice in a collection but I'd feel a bit fraudulent having it on mine without ever going!

EDIT: Had to get my crapck team of graphic artists in again as I forgot to place Rosco's meeple on the road at the top of the map. Fortunately they've saved the day again...
Your graphic artists must be getting paid over time for these instant call outs to save your bacon Dan but they do do an excellent job.

The pig, pig herd discussion is excellent. If you play with the GQ11 expansion with the pig here house rule then joining the barn with your farmer, 2 pig herds and a pig will be worth the same as the barn itself! Insane.

I have read this thread too late: I also will be at Essen, but, as I understood, Khonnor will take care of all copies of this new expansion. If not, I am ready to help too.
It'd be great if you could pick up some copies - perhaps for Dan, Rosco, and myself as we all live in the UK? What do you think, saves Khonnor doing it all

Page 191 of the CAR gives a run down of what affects the shepherd. Essentially it can only be eaten by the dragon and placed on a farm, that is all.

Getting very good at a 36 tile game of Carcassonne on the Windows Phone demo. Still not entirely convinced that this will be worth the money on such a small screen as my phone... But good fun for sure!

Thanks SRBO excellent work. Like the photo of your mass order, that would've made for a very dull game of Carcassonne! 162 Monasteries: Not my idea of a fun game, even in a mega carc game of nearly 500 tiles (plus these 162 making it 662 tiles) that's nearly a quarter of the tiles!

After searching for ages to find a copy of Der Tunnel I happen across two at the same time! Ridiculous. As such I now have a spare copy to trade! As Die Belagerer is about to become available on Cundco.de I would ideally like to trade it for Corn Circles 1 as that's one of the final pieces I need!
