With all the years, my empty boxes are still growing from differents expansions (thank Carcassonne and Kickstarter).
Time to make some recycle with an old clock.  :black1-meeple:

Did you use the expansion numbers for the corresponding hours?
Or was there any other pattern or method?

Other than the 11 spot, the images do seem to correspond to the expansions.

1 to 10 yes, using Winter for 11. Base for 12 and Discovery for the center.
