All of the copies of this expansion on the open market are non-English editions, which isn't a complete dealbreaker, but I'd like to have an English edition if I can find one.
-
Couple of shops in the UK have it, including Amazon, if I'm of any help shipping let me know.
-
The one on Amazon.co.uk is the German edition.
Do any of the UK shops have online shopping?
-
Gah sorry, didn't see that on amazon.
This was the one I saw, but I think it might be one of those dodgey chinese sites, not sure:

We got ours from Italy:

The Bazaar image does not have the American Flag, just some covered tables, and the garden is missing from one of the tiles, but everything else is the same and you can download the English rules from the web.

Safe to my contribution here has been totally useless. Sorry Scott, good luck tracking it down. Z-man printing seems ridiculously slow at the moment, a lot of people have been waiting ages and ages for reprints of expansions to get shipped.

The whole world seems to be having supply chain struggles right now. I'm hoping that Z-Man has an order in with their supplier and is just waiting for it to arrive. My fear is that there are no open orders, and that they will use this opportunity to switch over to third edition artwork. I'm sort of hoping that someone in here might find a copy at their FLGS and we can work something out.

Just for completeness here should anyone stumble across this in the future.
You images aren't displaying. But the copy from "Italy" is from the first version of Carcassonne. Also the 2nd version doesn't have an American flag on it, and it's inaccurate to say so. Yes it does have some red and white stripes, but they appear on pavilions, a type of tent, which were a common occurrence throughout history. The white would be typically not dyed, or natural, cheaper, fabric, while colours like red were commonly used too due to their ease of manufacture. I'm not aware of any significance of red and white specifically, but papal pavilions were often yellow and red.

I found a French-language edition on eBay which is from Z-Man Games, so the tiles will be identical to the English edition.
