Great game from Rosco. It was pretty much his when he won the 30-point city outright, after that we both blocked each other at every available opportunity and ended up with nothing left to play with. Rosco had more of a lead than I could overcome by this point though, so I was happy enough to take a 6-point loss...

Dan and I had our game tonight which involved a lot of trapping and a lot of shared farming. There were also a lot of useless tiles at the end which neither of us had any meeples to gain points with.

So the first week of round 3 is already over and we managed 5 games between us. Rosco is charging on ahead, stripping Jéré of 34 LP in the process leaving him just 16 points from the Danger Zone. MrNumbers has increased his safety cushion thanks to another 10-point victory over jungleboy and Decar is still alive too (albeit with just 1 LP to play with)! Thinks aren’t looking so good for Paul, but a draw against Jéré just goes to show that even though he’s down, he’s certainly not out.

Jéré, jungleboy, Rosco and myself have all managed two games each so far which is made all the more impressive by the fact that Decar and jma03 haven’t played any. Rosco is going away tomorrow though, so it would be great if he’s able to play his remaining games against Decar and jma03 before he leaves us. My availability for this week (evening) is mostly pretty good, so MrNumbers/ Jéré – please let me know when works best for you!
