As we are also implementing Fan-Expansions into this page, I have additional question.

1. Bards of Carcassonne
If Little Buildings are modifiers counted to feature value for Castle, then also Note token from Bards of Carcassonne should be counted.


2. Seasons
As Seasons change value of feature, it should be also counted.


3. The Hans Statue
Mage & Witch are counted for value for Castle, so also the Hans Statue has to be counted. hasn't it?

2. Paying for protecting meeple against Peasant Revolt during turn (except placing a meeple / placing a phantom)

In Order of Play and also in Peasant Revolts page, is mentioned, then it's possible to protect a meeple during a game for example, when exchange meeple, when move meeple to the city by the Gifts or by the Drawbridge etc.

This is also missing in current Scoring During Turn Sequence.

My idea is place it to Any time phase.

Add there a new section: When available.

And place there a new group - Protecting a meeple during game.

Question is that "Any time" is not good name for this "phase". Maybe it should be. Independent of phase?

You may need to add an action named PROTECT to add as an epilog to any meeple placement action, so it may be invoked any time you place a meeple.

Hmm, it should be named better.

It remains me, that this sounds note like turn based but "event" based game... Never mind.

But this can happen always, when you place meeple also 20th anniversary edition, crop circles, wagon move, Gifts - Synod, etc.

But this also is same situation, which can fire Vodyanoy or Solovey Razvoynik trap. Is is correct?

1. Missing Vodyanoy

The is not Vodyanoy in current Scoring During Turn Sequence, is it requested or it's just forgotten scoring event?

Meeples trapped by Vodyanoy only score -2 points at the end of the game. No points associated to Vodyanoy are scored during the game.

What do you think it is mssing?

Which modifiers are relevant for Castle trigger value. Castle token icon is showed on scoring rule to indicate that this is relevant.


Roads:

Mage - yes
Witch - yes
Land surveyors - Poverty - no? or yes? I suppose yes, it change value of feature

In style using now, where move meeple from finished road to the City of Leipzig is in 3A c)

Black Dragon moves on beginning of Step 3 before features are scored and resolved. Only thing done before move is computing count of finished features doesn't matter if occupied or not.


Best place where to place is between current
a) Identify all completed features:
b) Resolve control of the completed features.

to:


a. Identify all completed features:
b. If a black dragon is in game, move the black dragon by 1 tile (square space with tile) for each completed feature. .
c. Resolve control of the completed features.

Features completed by tile placement or by abbey placement or by halfling placement or by German castle placement or by wonder tile placement.

Change only to:
Features completed by tile placement

Reason:
abbey, halfling, German castle and wonder tile are also tiles. In current covered fan expansions by WiCa we have
a) Wetland double tiles
b) Hangling Abbey (page in WiP)
and list of this tile placed from the supply is increasing.

I'll keep only tile placement (this includes all tiles drawn or from player's supply)

But as there is "After-the-game points" which is going to rename to Final scoring points. Then ghosts is not relevant there, because Ghosts are relevant for scoring that feature also in Final scoring.

And what about Messages, e.g. score the smallest road. Does it score also ghosts there or just structure?

I like Gatekeeper name (King is used also for King token/King tile and in at least one fan expansion Royal Family - which has King symbol like Princes or Queen - another fan expansions).

I'm excited of this idea I suggest to include also other mechanics to this figure.
General rule: 1. It is disallowed to place a meeple to the city with Gatekeeper in other then 2B-1 (2B-2) phase.
2. The city is protected against any revolts or attack.

So this will disable to:
1. Use drawbridge
2. Use 20th anniversary - double meeple
3. Crop circles
4. Peasant revolt to city
5. Besiegers (-1) per tile when scoring complete city
6. Change position The Gift card
7. Place meeple from City of Carcassonne when completed city
8. Use Flying machine to join the city

What do you think?

This can be interesting fan-expansion!
