Currently is finished in fork of JCloisterZone based of translation of UI which stared farin in early 2022.
To help this process, I finished replacement of almost all text string in English I found with language keys, used for show translated strings.
Currently are whole JCZ available for testing purposes in
1. English - of course :)
2. Slovak - translation made by me
3. Romanian by @NGC 54
4. Dutch by @kiap1969
5. Czech by @petul
6. French by @Black_Bear
7. German @Challa007
8. Polish by @Snearone
9. Spanish by @carlium
10. Lithuanian by @stepukiss
11. Catalan by @J0anJosep
(last update February 20th 2023)
Currently confirmed translations in languages
12. Latvian by @MrMeeple
13. Russian by @MrMeeple
14. Chinese by @ny1050220
I sent request for translations to previous translators of JCZ to which I found contacts, but only few respond or are not interested on translation in this status of their life or they have not a lot of free time to made it.
Other languages are still open
Who want to participate?
I hope that we will have translation at least for ale languages in which are published base game rules so missing translations are in
i) Portuguese
ii) Italian
iii) Greek
iv) Hebrew
v) Turkish
vi) Arabic
vii) Ukrainian
viii) Hurgarian

xvii) Brazilian Portugese
xviii) Chinese - translator found
xix) Bulgarian
xx) Japanese
xxi) Estonian
xxii) Lithuanian - translator found
xxiii) Korean
xxiv) Thai
xxv) Vietnamese
Also any other language are welcome, because as we know, there is translation of rules for example in:

I can work on Mandarin Chinese. I started to translate Wikicarpedia but very soon that ground to a halt. Hopefully, I can finish it for JCloisterZone before losing momentum.

No tile with Magic portal Princess is in game. - Why does the word "Princess" exists?
And Through magic portal meeple can be placed on any tile. should be Through magic portal a meeple can be placed on any tile. (this is not even true, as not every tile contains an unoccupied field or an uncomplete and unoccupied feature)?

Princess has to be removed.

Thanks. Of course, some texts will need to be changed.

https://wikicarpedia.com/index.php/Digital_Versions#JCloisterZone - Current version 5.x is only in English. But previous versions were available in multiple languages. - This will need update.

Just a suggestion: It would be nice if the text of this interface would be translatable at https://translatewiki.net/ (see https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Translating:New_project).

I will check it.
Problem is, that localization for JCZ is in json.

It was just a suggestion. I do not know whether it is technically possible. Or if there are any other reasons to avoid using Translatewiki for this. ;)

Last week, I played JCloisterZone for the first time because I had to test translations.
In this context I realised what fantastic work @Bumsakalaka is doing for example with organising and re-arranging code for translations.
I feel a merit is over-due: so here it is, +1 from me :D
Well done!
And to all others: do you know JCloisterZone?
You should try it because it was made by fans so it includes some very interesting rule options and also even fan-expansions..... :(y)

@carlium finished his translation into Spanish. So some testing and I think it can be send to @farin as final updates with support of 9 languages.
