Hi Adrornalin, welcome to the forums!

Even speaking as one of "the ancients" there isn't much I can say that Valheru hasn't already said. We're in the middle of our "Princess & Dragon" league at the moment which has been great fun. I'll be sure to let you know before we start our next online tournament but it won't be for a few months at least. However, many of us enjoy ad hoc friendly (and not so friendly

) games quite regularly so stop by our chat room (http://sydby.com/carcassonne/irc/index.html) and drop a message on the PLAY ME NOW thread and someone will meet you there for a game.

Hopefully you'll find some true challanges among our ranks. I'm in the UK and will probably be available for a game or two from around 8:30pm this evening. Looking forward to hopefully playing you sometime soon!

Often i am idling in the jcz lobby and waiting for a game to start. The irc chan and the play me now topic will be helpful for achieving more than 3-4 matches per day, maybe.
But i am really looking forward to join a league. Hopefully soon a new one starts

I nearly like every expansion, except the rivers, the tower and the count. the houses, windroses and tunnel are unknown to me. every other expansion i play, all at the same time too.
I think here in the forums are experienced and competitive players

Jcloisterzone is an absolute blast, and since I actually know the game it works better than some games I have played on yucata or boitajeux.

I would love to be on the waiting list for the next tournament as well.

My favorite is base + inns and cathedrals then traders and builders or princess and the dragon.

Ooh thanks, I did see that but haven't ever played it. I'll wait for another one to come along!
