My favorite and most-played expansion has to be The Princess & the Dragon. The mechanic of having a dragon roam the countryside, eating meeples is just too fun. And the Magic Portals and the Princess tiles just make everything work even better. We rarely play with the Fairy giving extra points, but other than that, the expansion is what every Carcassonne expansion should be: entertaining and fun.

I love this expansion too.

I'm as surprised as you are. I guess I've got a birthday present for my brother-in-law now, since I already have all the Minis. As long as they keep asking me to review games as a contest, I'll keep entering. It's basically what I do with Carcassonne.

The rules are different - the kind of words... see the dictionary...
Zman uses other words than RGG...

But I only know the rules of the ZMG from the BigBox4. I didn't check the rules from the rules in the tuckboxes of ZMG.

Well my brother-in-law has a RGG base game, I&C and A&M from Z-Man, so he should be able to figure it out. All my expansions so far are RGG, Spielbox, or HiG. Nothing from Z-Man yet.
