ML01. Any meeple on a road can be sent to Leipzig. Is it correct?

Example: Any meeple valid for a road could be sent to Leipzig.

Current understanding:
* We are assuming that any meeple participating in the scoring of a road could be sent to Leipzig (normal meeples, large meeple, wagon, ringmaster, phantom)

Proposals:
* Community Rule covering this generalization, although it is a direct conclusion of the rules.

My first reaction was follows:
Yes. All the meeples which are in your picture there. The Major and the abbot can't use this.

But later I was thinking about it:
Ok I see the problem now - please use only the normal meeple, if you like to use the special function from the other meeples during the game play.

In my opinion only the standard meeple goes to leipzig. But if there is already a meeple in the City of Leipzig, all the other meeple will get the bonus.

At the Leipzig expansion the meeple will stay in the Markets of Leipzig till the End of the game. If you use the Big Meeple - than you have not the special function during the game play, also the Phantom, wagon, circus directior. And the meeples from all players will stack onto the other meeples. If you use wagon, and all the other meeple with special function, than the stack wouldn't stable.

Many of the meeples are one once in the game - there is only one special meeple not 7 like the normal meeple.

Result: Yes and No

In my opinion, it is up to the players to send any meeple to Leipzig even if it does not makes sense in the large scheme of things...

Some other actions are possible in the game and can be the result of running out of meeples or making bad choices:
* Placing a phantom as a farmer
* Placing a big meeple or a mayor on top of a tower
* Building a castle with a mayor
* ...

I wouldn't be the one preventing players form making any bad choices...

You can send any meeple to Leipzig, but you should make a judicious decision and only send normal meeples in order not to waste their special abilities...

It's limitation which has no reason. Rules for sending meeple to Lepzig is written in good way. Imagine also that there can be hill on tile with road etc.
So in rules is not restriction for it.
Also remember that ringmaster are for all other expansion normal meeple.
