Hi,
I have just ordered Carcassonne for 2 - I understand that the rules are in German - does anyone have an English translation?

It's all the same as the normal base game. Only there is no scoring track, so the rules advise you to use a pen&paper. Other than that, there are now extra/different rules

Yup. I also got it just two days ago. I read the german manual. There are no technical differences in rules, just something you must have noticed yourself:

- Different set of tiles. Two tiles from inns&cathedrals.
- There are gardens but no abbot to put on them, they are purely decorative in this game.

I guess that means that you could bring abbot from "regular" edition, home brewing an expansion for C für zwei.
