The exhibition "modell-hobby-spiel" in Leipzig just started this morning.

Udo Schmitz has his booth with the "Carcassonne-on-Tour".

At CarcF we have the first few photos from the exhibition:

The photos shows following:
-the special edition Carcassonne - the box is a leather book. Landscape tiles, score board and meeple looks like the classical CC-Edition.

- the CC-Amazonas - 3rd "Around the World" spin-off game.

This special edition is limited by 100 pieces.

I saw this limited edition in real life when Klaus-Jürgen and Udo were in Latvia. It is really beautiful! Unfortunately, not for sale. It is made as a representative gift for special cases.

Hmm. I am in love with the special edition box too. Somehow though, I think this is something I will never own. And it's not the sort of thing that will be possible to track down on eBay either!
