I wrote this already on GitHub, but Dan encouraged me to mention it here, too.

In a game with Halfling, he put the CCFF splitter tile with volcano to a city with his builder. But he did not get the bonus turn for it.

This also irritated farin. I must add, I did not think of the confusion, because for me the tiles are "Halb so wild" (literally "half as wild", a German phrase for "could be worse"), while "Halflings" is a "Fantasy race" a'la Tolkien as well. So I thought about his nickname referring to this.
