As this is done during action 2 (which I take to be the deploy a follower phase), does that mean you could take back your abbot and then deploy your phantom?

I quite like the idea of a super meeple that represents all 4 classes and that could double as an expansion with rules along the lines of:

When placed the 'CC super meeple' claims all unclaimed features on the tile he is deployed to

Not quite sure how to vote to represent that though
