Edit: also going to add. It's always worth watching reviews of games you know well. It gives you an indicator of how well they review games you have no idea about....

I say Carcass-own. I have heard some else say Carcass-son.
I have heard someone add an Italian sounding end to it too. "Carca-Sony".

Americans are known to butcher pronunciations though.

That being said, I disagree with Sam yet again.

Ugh. He likes the new art and the Abbot expansion. Boo!

To be fair, I actually have seen a lot of Sam Healy reviews and he never pronounces anything correctly and I generally disagree with all of his assessments. His use of the tin-box version of Carcassonne also means he is using a rare scoreboard which shows grey instead of brown path spaces and that also does not include the individual numbers.

ACK! He's in favour of taking farming out of the base game instructions. I may not be able to watch Sam's reviews anymore...
