Fortune Teller and JPutt927
« on: April 23, 2016, 04:13:04 PM »
Hi Carcassonne friends,

Today we had a little discussion about the next HiG "official" fan expansion. Kettlefish mentioned that everything would be finished, just JPutt's approval is missing for the publication. We (and I guess you too) are really looking forward to the new expansion, and maybe someone of you might know how we could contact JPutt and tell him about is luck to be able to publish one of the "official" fan expansions. It really would be a pity if the publication failed because of a missing approval.

I've been friends with him on facebook for a while.  I messaged him about it.  Hopefully he'll see it soon and get up with the right people.

Not sure what the confusion is about. I've been in the loop the entire time. And, sent in my final revisions several days ago...

Thanks for the rapid reply JPutt927 - I think your final corrections may have been delayed somewhere and Safari wished to make sure you were ok, because we had not heard from you in a while.  It sounds like HiG has the final draft.

It's great to think you're expansion will be up on the main HiG page, hopefully in a matter of days - that's pretty special!

Hi JPutt927!

Thank you for your fast reply!

I'm very glad, that you are (and were) in the loop the entire time, and that you are in contact with HiG. I'm really looking forward to your expansion!  :yellow-meeple:

This does look like a very good expansion.

Agreed.

As someone who doesn't have the desire or ability to create custom tiles, I am thinking of using the Bazaar to play this.

I was actually wondering how bazaar and fortune teller interact. I can't see any obvious conflicts.

Hey guys, it's been several years since I posted, and I recently made this great expansion to try out. The mechanics are so cool, especially how anyone can score the tile. Anyways, I decided that to celebrate, I would whip together a tuck box based on Tom's tuck box design, and this is what I came up with!
I donĀ“t trust you with putting back my tiles. You might put them back upside down...
