I can certainly vouch for Decar's tiles, the quality of them is excellent. This said, I've also gone for a set of the tiles from the guy over at BGG because I wanted the bag as much as anything else and the price was fair.

Get them while they're hot!

Part of me did want to buy them just to *have* them. I'm actually more excited about Decar's tiles, though! I can't wait to play with those! I think the Bogatyr tile is my favorite carcassonne tile yet!

I just hope they live up to expectations; if not I'll have to try again.

As for the bag - I very much doubt I'll ever be able to make a custom one of those!

I like the Bogatyr tile too; I like the decision it leaves you to make. It's similar to the roundabout tiles from AnM & Bazaars. If you're willing to risk not finishing it, there could be a lot of points in the bag, especially when used with the Builder.

I don't remember who sent me two homemade sets of Russian tiles but THANK YOU! I just received them today. I had totally forgotten that I'd even requested them. Whoever you are, you are amazing! Now I have THREE expansions to review...man I'm getting behind...

Decar - yes please ! I have ordered some from bgg but would like some which can be playable so that I can keep the originals. I have started to keep a second copy of most things now.
