But they really should make one with the following:
- Plague
- Tunnels
- Kathars / Siege / Belager.
- Mini-Expansion
Really want this tiles, Original but not for 60 euro's.

I wish to get my hands on some of the old expansions and extra tiles as well and I certainly agree that there is a limit to how much one is willing to pay.
Question is, can Z-man Games reproduce this? Two things come to mind:
1. The rights to reptrint them, if they are still owned by former companies (copyright issues and probably the biggest issue atm)
2. Can they sell these at an affordable price.
Don't know how many they need to print, but 100.000 copies of these as one expansion bundle would easily be sold out.

Not sure. Some are from the magazine(s) etc. But it would stand to reason if they all came together for the release they would all profit.
3 partners claiming 3 USD each net profit for 100.000 copies is 300.000 USD profit for them (rough figures). Even if the sale for an expansion pack as this ends up at 30 USD it beats any alternative fans has atm.
It has been mentioned before, alternative is to get the graphics and print them out yourself. There's nothing wrong with this. Sure it may sting as it's not original, but you do get to play with the expansions!
I am myself quite the original only parts, but I can see myself printing out those caverns for a fan-making expansion I'm working on.

As am I - almost at whatever the cost - however - I own the Cathars, but made homemade tiles to play with instead of the originals - for fear of wearing them out!!! :o

As I've stated many times previously, Spielbox expansions are not part of the Z-Man Games licensing agreement. The Games Quarterly expansion and Siege expansions are also not part of the agreement; those were exclusive to Rio Grande.
Belagerer and expansions from Carcassonne-on-Tour might be included in the agreement after their exclusivity period expires? Someone from HiG will need to confirm this.
