In what events are usually released Mini Expansions?

I have a question about releasing mini expansions.
On which events is usually released new expansion.
I know about two:
1. SPIEL Messe in Essen - here is possible to get Spiel Tile as bonus
2. Spiel Doch! Duisburg

Since Carcassonne-on-Tour stopped, it's difficult to know.  It's mostly dependant on HiG's development cycle.
They usually release stuff around Easter and Christmas, with larger things at the Nuremberg International Toy Fair a few weeks before Essen.

@Decar Correct me if I'm wrong but what I've seen the last couple of years is a release at the end of March aprox (for example, C2 Halflings this year) and another at the end of October at Essen (for example, C2 Tollkeepers last year).
