Preparations for National championships (4-players game)

Good luck with 3 and 4 player games. I much prefer multi player games of Carcassonne.

Anyone organising a UK meet to practice 4 player games prior to the UK champs?

Just missed the Base Game League but i'm willing to be your sparing partner this evening or next Thursday (during the weekly game moment)...so, just give me a sign if that's ok for you.

Finally, with relief, I can pass information that Polish Carcassonne Championships has been announced! First quallies took place last Saturday, and eliminations should finish its course in the middle of September (as of now 17th). Date and place of The Final is still to be announced.

Everything looks the same, lots of qualifying events will take place, even more organizers can still show up and held the event. They kept same rules... I can almost be certain that my biggest rivals will show up. Yearly routine...

Love it, hate it, new year, new expectation. In the meantime, I hope to play lots of quality 3 and 4-players games here on Central. It's my biggest flaw in the game... and obstacle, I simply need to overcome. 2-player? Thank God for the League! But it's always fun to take more challenges!

Merlin, we could play a few asynchroneous 4-player games on iOS. I'm sure Dan would like to play a few on his new iPad mini. A 4th player is easy to find: Grabushka would happily join us, perhaps jungleboy as well, or any other Carcassonne iOS fan reading this!

I'm definitely up for either. Although I won't be around on Thursday as I'm going here and won't be capable of placing tiles without falling on the table after an hour or two.

It might be worth posting a new thread somewhere else specifically to find people who can take part in some 4-player base-game action. If people know when the next game is going to be it might encourage them to make themselves available.

I'm keen and available for some games during the next 2.5 weeks while junglegirl is away. I prefer not to play asynchronously though.
