I found those on Vinted, not planning to keep all of them by the way... I'll surely decide to let some of them go in the future to gather money for stuff I still don't have :)

Just received a few Lucca map today :D

The Marketplace / [WTB] or [WTT] Russian Tiles
« on: February 14, 2024, 11:56:26 PM »
Hi all,

I'm looking for the 4 Russian tiles:

-Baba Yaga's Hut and The Choice of Bogatyr (Каркассон: Богатырь на распутье & Избушка)
-Solovei Razboynik and Vodyanoy (Каркассон: Солове́й-Разбо́йник & Водяной)

I can buy those (but the BGG price is totally out of reach for me), I can also trade it against some Spiel tiles, I have these available:

I also have a few copies of Lucca Map

Best regards,

I haven't noticed the Lucca map on WiCa, shouldn't it be added? :)

Great, this would be amazing!

By the way, I don't know who takes care of the translation in french, but I'd be happy to help if I can :)

I think most things are currently on their way now, the only thing I still shall find are the 4 Russian tiles... But the few ones I found are just out of reach regarding the price up to now. I may have found 2 of them but it's still in a discussion.

After that, I'll just have a few print and play expansion to prepare (I'll have to find a way to make them properly, I'm not a fan of the result I have with Cutcassonne up to now).
I'll probably include La Porxada as a print and play, since the original stickers probably can't be found any more.

I'm actually not a real completist, I mean I don't need a c1 + c2 + c3 copy of each item, a single copy is enough for me. My target is to add some expansion to my game every now and then so we have some new rules to play, new challenges and new tactics and strategies to play. I'm not building an actual collection of all Carcassonne item :)

Also, I'm currently focusing to the classic Carcassonne, not the spin off, and only official / semi official item, I'm not into fan expansion :)

Very few things are left to find... Things are not easy now :D

One new addition to my collection... It looks brand new!

No doubt I'll add Siege to The Besiegers and The Cathars to my Mega Carcassonne!
Still unsure if this version of The Cult, with 1 extra tile, shall replace the classic version from expension 6...

Hey everyone,

For those who don't know the game (The Adults of Carcassonne), it's an older drinking game based on Carcassonne with giant tiles, rules and details here:

I have a question about this game, as we played it earlier this week with a friend, had just a question about the rules (when shall we fullfill / empty the shot glasses), and couldn't find them on Wica. Fortunately, the kickstarter page still exists and we found the necessary info to have a good game together.

My question is: since I understand HIG licensed the game to Carcassonne Shoppe, who issued the game, I guess it has an "official" / semi official status (at least as much as extensions offered by SpielBox, Game Quarterly, Spiel Doch! or even Rio Grande Games and Piatnik or Hobby World), so shouldn't it be added to Wica?

I guess it could be considered as a Spin-Off, isn't it?

Best regards,

Yes, it's that one!

News and Events / Re: Belgian tournament

I contacted Asmodee Belgium about this tournament: they were not aware of it, as they confirmed Asmodee distributes Carcassonne in the french speaking part of the country, and 999 Games distributes it in the dutch speaking part of the country.

Indeed, I guess a third editor might take care of the german speaking part of Belgium :)

@Willem, I added you on BGA, and will tell the person setting up the 4-players game to add you as well so you can join us :)

Yes it is!
We've read the first "part" of the book I'd say (intro, roads, cities and... Monasteries? Cloisters? You know what I mean...), and will soon start reading the tips to trap meeple.

Some of the tips we learned so far are now used in every game we play, we also noticed many things we were doing without realising it, the fact to realise those were interesting moves encourage us to use them more often too.

I recently played with 2 friends of mine, who both enjoyed the game so much they bought it the very next day, and I gave them some of the tips while playing so they quickly learned to establish tactics to enjoy the game even more.

We had a few laugh reading it too, I know my gf especially loved the "Carcassonne" pronounciation (we're both french speakers and she's an english teacher), so it's definitely a book we both appreciate reading!

I guess the definition isn't what you're looking for but cundco has a list of all the tiles here:
