Spin-offs with German boxes but with Romanian CDs?

This might be of interest for https://wikicarpedia.com/car/Collections_and_Expansions and https://wikicarpedia.com/car/Lineart WICA pages. From the photo of the box, I deduce that Lineart (the Romanian publisher of Carcassonne) is involved.

Also japanese publisher has done the same  - here e.g. the basic game with CD.
