Hey Meeples!
I just celebrated my birthday with a large game of carcassonne!
It was 468 pieces and was tons of fun.
Figured the time-lapse would be apreciated here.

Yes I designed them a while ago.
I had posted all my stuff on the old forums.

I also made the play mat you see in the video. it is a 25x55 grid.
so it has a capacity of 1375.

We plan on doing a 50% capacity game soon.

The nice thing about the grid is that it is labeled so you can reference tile locations like you can in chess.
Also, I made some "chance" tiles from blank tiles i ordered from germany.

One of them is the explorer where it alows you to place your next tile anywhere on the grid.
Because there is a grid you can connect it up to the main map without worry of spacing etc.
The explorer tiles also provide better "reach management" in large games.

Thanks for posting details of your player boards too. They're not something I use but I like the idea.
