It looks like a very well curated collection.

Good to have you back Scott!

Hi Scott, I am fairly new here so for me, seeing a "live" message of THE "Scott" is like wow, what is happening ...   >:D
It's always nice to see one of the old forum members return after a long time, even when you haven't had the chance to have previous interactions, when you read through most of the old forum topics, the presence of some, or more accurately the disappearance, is very noticeable.
From me, all the best, and thanks for your contributions to the community :(y)

Haha, I buy games based on the theme rather than the designer. I liked the theme of those games. Haven’t played Clinic yet, but my attempt at Pulp Detective did not go well. Despite its small size, it is a complex game. I need to watch some playthrough videos to get a better grasp of the rules. The only reason Clinic is on this shelf is because there’s no room in the cupboards.

That's a great display for your collection! And some nice pieces, like the Adults of Carcassonne, City cardboard box and all the spin offs to be honest :D
Love to see it all there :D

I’m undecided on whether I want the Carcassonne maps, but yes they would fit in the cart if I decide to get them.

Thanks, I’m very happy with it. The 4x4 Kallax fits very well in the alcove. There are a few gaps in my collection but I’m working to close them. Another nice piece which you can’t see in the photo is the Falcon expansion for The Castle spin-off. I didn’t think I would ever get my hands on it.

Thanks so much for taking the time to share that update Scott; it's great to hear it all straight from the horse's mouth rather than trying to piece it all together from your occasional Facebook updates! ;D

Your game room looks awesome. I love the selection of games (obviously) and also having such a big table and a nice, uncluttered space to enjoy them in. It sounds as though moving to a more affordable area was definitely a good idea, and I'm sure your new neighbours will be happy to help you enjoy such a wonderful gaming space once they've discovered it.

Best wishes to you and Mrs. Scott! :) :(y)

I'm regretting not picking up more C2 stuff when it was easier. I have the base game, I&C, T&B, and Under the Big Top, as well as some of the Cundco minis and a few Spiel tiles that Kettlefish sent me back in the day. In the past 48 hours I've ordered P&D, Tower, A&M, CK&R, H&S, and the BigBox mini expansions on eBay; another ArtBin storage case on Amazon, two stickers for labelling my ArtBin cases; another copy of the special figure upgrade set, some trade goods upgrades, and two sets of Phantom meeples from MeepleSource; and a whole pile of mini-expansions and a 20th anniversary drawstring bag from Cundco. Somehow I overlooked the new edition of Half & Half, but that's ok because I also need to order additional meeple colour sets from Cundco. Still to be purchased are some more drawstring bags for meeple storage, some d10s for tracking laps on the scoring track, BC&B, and maybe a few more things, but I need to restrain myself until my credit card billing cycle resets.  :))

Someone is catching up very quickly...  :o

Instead of d10s, you could get Meeple Flags from Cundco (when available) or the orifinal ones from The Game Crafter:

Just saying! >:D

I saw those flags and they look cool. I will probably pick some up when possible, but d10s allow me keep score all the way up to 500 on the vanilla score track and up to 1000 on a 100-point track.

My C1 collection also started very quickly. I was introduced to the game at a friend’s house. I had to own a copy for myself and asked him where he bought it. He told me the name of the store, and I went there as soon as I could. It was a FLGS in a local shopping mall, and they had a prominent display of all the expansions that existed at the time. The Tower was the most recent expansion, and CK&C existed as a set of three separate minis. I stared at the shelf for a few minutes considering what to do, then grabbed some me of everything and bought it. I went back to that store every six months and bought the spin-offs one by one; at that time there were only six including the travel edition. I continued to buy from him as new things came out, and was able to secure some of the more difficult to find items thanks to people on this forum.

Welcome back to true path of the Carcassonne collector!

I started collecting Carcassonne massively in summer 2019 and except the Russian Promos and some odds and ends I managed to get a bit of everything with some help of course from some people who would prefer to stay anonymous...  ;)

*Sigh* My poor wife! What torments she has to endure!
