Hi! Any specific language you're looking for? I've got the barber-surgeons in German& English, and maybe the CC1 in German (will have to look for that one), in german

Unfortunately, it's not mine hahaha If I had one, it would indeed just be added to the collection without opening. That's what's happened to the first edition of Carcassonne Junior. I've got a German copy (I think), which is just for completionism and is still unopened. I have played Carcassonne Junior once though! My sister has it to hahaha

Got mine in today! Tbh I'm not a great strategic player, and don't intend to be, but I like the idea of the book and think it's a great way to delve a bit more into the game!

I kinda like the rules for the 2 tiles that act as cloisters. It could be a way for a different player to benefit from finishing them for another player.
The Darmstadium is rubbish, that's indeed just luck of the draw and getting 3 extra points.
Could be interesting for alternative rules though, never really thought about it

I know it was stated by HiG, but this goes against my main rule / tie-breaker for Carcassonne. It's a visual game, so if something connects or not can be seen on the tiles. Whenever I play with this expansion (not that often, but still), I treat it as 1 road

Hmm.. seems like HiG have decided to more and more go down the route of re-releases/updates of older products, rather than fully new things. We've seen the new Kinder of Carcassonne, and now Hunters and Gatherers...
As they say it will have revised rules I'll hold off on passing judgment, but as still. It's been a long time since we've seen a big expansion for Carcassonne itself. Maybe they want to focus more on other games or mini-expansions, which I can understand, but I'm not too sure yet about re-releasing older products with a revamped look

Great summary Big boss! Great to see them in so much detail! I've been able to order several of these from HobbyWorld a few years back, except for the WheelOfFortune edition, which makes sense now as you stated they are more rare. Haven't seen any of them come up anywhere for sale; but would still like one to add to the collection

Hi!
The 3 expansions listed as Digital in the checklist, for the 'old art', are semi-offical fan-expansions. They were available for download on the old HiG website, although no longer there. These would be to print yourself

I saw it on HiG's facebook the other day. And I wasn't waiting for this. I only got Carcassonne Junior as I felt I needed it to complete my collection; am I now gonna have to buy a second one for that same reason? Hahaha

Hahaha, funny to see how they sometimes reuse these. I've got the Carcassonne & Rio Grande tin combi box, but it's still in shrink, so never opened it to see these things

I am to all for counting it. I like to think Carcassonne is a visual game. So a lot of times I can answer my own questions by looking what the game shows. So with this to, as the meeple is showing in the set parameter

It does look pretty good for a fanmade PnP! Even made the Plague for C2!
U do wonder where they got the blank Russian tiles from, haven't seen that before. Looks cool!
