Last night we had our great battle Ross and me.

The game started equal, with few pieces of towers at the beginning.

Several small castles ( 4 points) closed.
I could take prisoner to 3 meeples of roos .
Take some advantage in the 2 main farms , but later roos he managed to get the farm north of 21 points.
The rest of the game trying to get the southern farm, up to 3 times I had to block a tower construction .

I could connect a second meeple to that farm , on the other hand the game could have been a draw.

Happy to have been able to play all my games , despite the difficulties of times.

This league has exceeded all my expectations,because we do not possess this expansion in our collection.
The next adquisisción sure to be this expansion (
It is very aggressive , strategic and positional in my view)

very tense and matched game.

merlin and I had our game last night.(thanks for waiting so late)
The game started well for me, I rained tiles tower and soon could catch 5 meeples merlin.

I stayed calm and put my meeples Try a safe.
merlin fight to the end doing magic with meeples who returned to his box,
creating a farm of 15 points and 3 monasteries.

I think a fantastic idea.

I would like to participate in , but I think I have some limitations because of my work , which is usually evening.
but if my day off coincides with the date set for this tournament , ofcourse would be available.

It was a pleasant experience.
the downside was that my phone was broken.

First I have to say , that surprised me the organization and the site where the tournament was played  (for good)
There were many participants ( 129 ) because the nationally ranked could bring companions to play the tournament. (in my opinion that gave the tournament a little inequality when playing games ) .but I loved it because I saw that it would be very competitive.


In the morning, 3 games of 4 players played .
Swiss system and the top 16 ranked passed to the final round.

*In my first game I got the 2nd position only one point of 1 rated .
I made a good start always keeping your head , with a considerable margin of points to win .
but inexplicably a player made ​​two moves final that never understand , sending me to the second position (
in fact stay 4 ranked by these movements).
*My second game was not so good , I got a 3.
It was a very aggressive game where little had to do.

My third game i was the winner.
It was a very interesting game because one of the players needed to win to qualify for the final .
He tried very well, but I use 6 of 7 meeples to take the main estate (24 points ).

I could not do capture the last two games because my phone no longer worked well.


Left 34 of 129 players , so it does not qualify me for the final round.
Even so happy I made ​​games , the good atmosphere of the tournament and gifts expansions carcassonne in the lotery.

I hope to repeat this experience next year.
