Title: Wind roses - may or must

Most of the expansions use words must or may. Wind roses does not.

Does player must put wind roses tile in appropriate section (consequently discarding if it is not possible) or is it an option (which is rewarded with 3 points)?

It is not a must, but if the player decides to place the tile in the corresponding corner, it is reward with 3 points.
If the player doesn't, nothing special happens

The German Cundco rules dont indicate a must.
