If I'm the starting player, this is always the tile I hope I'm going to draw, especially if I also get a city cap on my next turn. Great way to start the game!

Good spot! I guess they've made so many, and as they have already reached their goal and provided the (financial) support for the NGO come back alive charity, they feel comfortable selling the remaining stock for a lower price
Maybe there are other pressure to them (Hobby World?) who knows. It's look likes, the investments were returned. So there is no reason to sell them quickly.

HIG's 2022 Winter Edition is not on sale yet, but I assume it will be identical to the release of Z-Man Games' Winter Edition.
Who knows! Maybe some things will be fixed, maybe there will be even more rounder corners, maybe when it will be release at spring, it will have less snow that French edition. Or it will have extra expansion The Flu (as WE3 of The Pest)

I think it can be both. Although a Wiki Carpedia is a wiki about cars  . So isn't it a WikiCARpedia as it was in it early days the CAR we referenced to .
Well I don't know it really, I mostly say WiCa or wica in short or just wikicarpedia without capitals or sometimes with. 
Maybe WiCAR will finish all speaches starting: But in CAR 7.x on page is.... But I'm using WiCa by default. WiCAR sounds strange for me (these days)

Is there anyone who can ship this game with some other Bulgarian Carcassonne games to the Netiherlands or Belgium.
I tried with an online shop in Bulgaria and they emailed me back that it was possible to ship, but i never heard anything about it?
As I know, @adahy was ordering it. And he was also referring as first, that Bulgarian Publisher will release it also.

But still is in English, farin need to include our translations to official build. When it will be released, I'll update it.

Just a suggestion: It would be nice if the text of this interface would be translatable at https://translatewiki.net/ (see https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Translating:New_project).
I will check it.
Problem is, that localization for JCZ is in json.
It was just a suggestion. I do not know whether it is technically possible. Or if there are any other reasons to avoid using Translatewiki for this. 
I will check it. Maybe we found solution.
