I will buy things from spielematerial.de and I saw they have different colored dragons for each player. Is there any expansion that uses a dragon for each player?

There is one fan expansion that adds a second dragon: Dual Dragon.

I don't know any other fan expansions that add more dragons or a dragon per player...

which brings extra tiles with symbol of white dragon
so difference with dual dragon is, that tile will tell you which dragon will move by color of symbol on tile

this is killing expansions only with black dragon figure added to last placed tile when at leas one player have 50 or more points. Than in each turn after finish every feature, black dragon moves for 1 tile.
But back to your question.
None of expansions uses figure of dragon for every player.

The black dragon sounds evil. So, when a player has 50 points, the next player to place a tile will place the black dragon like if it was a volcano tile. After that, the player in turn can move the black dragon 1 tile every time anything is scored? If 2 features are completed, it moves 2 spaces?

Yes you're right. Download restrictions are simillar like here in CarcC or CarcF.de.
