Title: Gold Rush & Bridges

Hello,

I just played my new acquisition. Carcassonne Gold Rush. After playing a few times, I thought I would play with bridges. Railway bridge, these can then go over other railways. I'm not so sure that the Railway bridge can go over a mountain.
I have taken the bridges from the basic extension: Bridges, Castles and Bazaars. This way more points can be scored with the farmers.

What do you think of this idea?

Possibly the best use of my least favourite major expansion.

Great idea. And I'd never really thought about re-purposing expansions with other base games.
But now that I think of it I'm sure there's a few that would work just fine!

Phantoms is the easiest. I use with many spinoffs
