Is this picture real? Winter Edition (2020) with River.

Is there a plan to update the W-CAR rules with The River rules? At least for the 2020 version (old artwork)?

I am buying the game again just because of The River expansion (2020), but have doubts about the back of the tiles consistency. I will play the base + corn circles + the gingerbread man + the river. All I have at the moment are consistent (Anne Patzke), but how will the river integrate (Anne Patzke and Marcel Grober)? I can keep the 2020 tiles (Anne Patzke and Marcel Grober), but again the old ones (Corn Circles + The Gingerbread Man) can they be included without differences?

Don't remind me about the new shiny design (2022). I am too old to start buying everything again. I love the nutted colors and the old design of this beautiful game. Also, I'm a purist myself. No new design, Thank you!

The backs of the tiles should match, within reason of print runs of course.

In terms of the W-CAR, I suspect it won't be updated, as further development on rule clarifications and combinations moved to the Wikicarpedia.
